BeaPulse (hereinafter "this Application") is developed and operated by Shenzhen Good Jump Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we"). This User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") is an agreement concluded between you and us regarding the use of BeaPulse. Please read the following terms carefully, especially those marked in bold or heavy type, which may be closely related to your rights and interests.

Special Notice:
• BeaPulse is a health data recording and management tool and does not provide medical services. Any content in this Application does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
• If you are under 14 years old, please read this Agreement accompanied by your parents or guardian and use this Application after obtaining their consent.
• Once you register, log in, or use BeaPulse in any way, it means that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement.
1.1 BeaPulse: refers to the "BeaPulse" mobile application developed by Shenzhen Good Jump Technology Co., Ltd. (including its subsequent iterative versions), which you can download and install through major app stores.
1.2 User: refers to a natural person who downloads, installs, registers, logs in, or otherwise uses BeaPulse.
1.3 Health Data: refers to the personal health-related information that you actively enter during the use of BeaPulse, including but not limited to blood glucose values, blood pressure values (systolic/diastolic/pulse), uric acid values, fasting weight, meal records (including calorie estimates), exercise records (including calories burned), medication records, and remark information.
1.4 Account: refers to the user identity identifier created in BeaPulse after you register via mobile number or log in via WeChat authorization.
2.1 Registration Method
You can create a BeaPulse account through any of the following methods:
(1) Mobile number plus SMS verification code registration;
(2) WeChat account authorized login (requires your WeChat client to be installed and logged in);
(3) One-click login with this device's number (requires your device and SIM card to support it).
2.2 Registration Qualification
You promise to have full civil capacity when registering. If you do not have full civil capacity, please complete the registration accompanied and guided by your guardian.
2.3 Number of Accounts
In principle, each user can only register and use one BeaPulse account. If we find that you have malicious registration, abuse of multiple accounts, or other behaviors, we have the right to take restrictions or closure measures against the relevant accounts.
2.4 Account Security
Your account password and related login credentials are kept by you. All consequences arising from the leakage of your account information or password due to your own reasons shall be borne by you. If you find that your account has been stolen or abnormally logged in, you should notify us immediately.
2.5 Account Cancellation
You can submit a cancellation application through the path "Me" → "Account Management" → "Cancel Account" in the application, which takes effect immediately after your two confirmations. Cancellation is an irreversible operation. After completion, your account information, login credentials, and all health data will be immediately and permanently deleted, the account cannot be recovered, and if you need to continue using it, please re-register. Your unused membership benefits will become invalid together with the account, and we will not refund them; in order to fulfill the transaction record retention obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, your transaction order information will be anonymized after removing identity identifiers such as mobile number and nickname. This part of the information can no longer be identified as you personally. We will not restrict your right to cancel on the grounds of membership not yet expired, need to contact customer service, or need to wait for a certain period.
3.1 Health Data Recording
BeaPulse provides you with daily health data recording functions, including:
• Blood glucose records: supports entry of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose values at multiple time periods such as after breakfast, before lunch, after lunch, before dinner, and after dinner (unit: mmol/L), and provides automatic determination of measurement status labels (low/normal/high);
• Blood pressure records: supports entry of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure (unit: mmHg) and pulse (unit: bpm) and status determination;
• Uric acid records: supports entry of uric acid values (unit: μmol/L), provides voice input function to assist rapid entry;
• Weight records: supports entry of fasting weight (unit: kg);
• Meal records: supports entry of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after-meal snack content and calorie estimation;
• Exercise records: supports recording of multiple exercise types, duration, and calories burned;
• Medication records: supports recording of medication type (oral/injection), dosage, and time.
3.2 Data Statistics and Trend Analysis
BeaPulse displays the trend changes of your health data such as blood glucose and blood pressure in the form of charts, and provides statistical analysis functions such as comprehensive health scores and weekly data overviews, helping you intuitively understand the changes in your health status.
3.3 AI Health Assistant
BeaPulse has a built-in AI Health Assistant (based on the Zhipu AI large language model), which can provide you with health science popularization conversations on topics such as blood glucose management, blood pressure monitoring, and uric acid control. The content generated by the AI assistant is automatically produced by an artificial intelligence model, for reference in daily health knowledge only, and does not serve as authoritative medical knowledge or professional health guidance, and does not constitute any medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or medication basis.
3.4 Health Science Popularization Articles
BeaPulse provides you with health science popularization articles covering topics such as blood glucose management, blood pressure management, and uric acid control. The article content is derived from the organization of medical knowledge and is for learning reference only.
3.5 Data Export
BeaPulse supports exporting the blood glucose, blood pressure, and uric acid data you record in this Application as Excel files (.xls format), saving them to the local storage of your device, facilitating you to back up data or share with medical staff.
4.1 When using BeaPulse, you shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use this Application to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities.
4.2 You shall not publish or disseminate the following content in the application:
(1) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, or subverting state power;
(2) Undermining national unity, damaging national honor and interests;
(3) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(4) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and superstition;
(5) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(6) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(7) Containing obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, or terrorist content;
(8) Other content violating laws and regulations or public order and good customs.
4.3 You shall ensure that the health data entered is true and accurate. BeaPulse conducts statistical display based on the data you provide and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter.
4.4 Without our written permission, you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble BeaPulse, nor modify, copy, or distribute any part of this Application in any way.
5.1 All content of BeaPulse, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, Logo, data chart presentation methods, and health science popularization articles, its intellectual property rights belong to Shenzhen Good Jump Technology Co., Ltd. or have been legally authorized.
5.2 Without our prior written consent, you shall not use, copy, modify, or disseminate BeaPulse's trademarks, Logo, or any identifiers in any way.
5.3 The health science popularization articles displayed in BeaPulse shall not be reprinted or used for commercial purposes without authorization.
6.1 Health Data Disclaimer
BeaPulse is a health data recording and management tool. The blood glucose/blood pressure/uric acid status determinations (low/normal/high), comprehensive health scores, trend chart analysis, and AI health suggestions it provides are all calculated and displayed based on the data you enter, for reference only, and do not constitute any form of medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or medication recommendation.
If you have any physical discomfort or doubts about your own health, please be sure to consult a doctor with practicing qualifications or a professional medical institution. Please do not make medical decisions based on any information displayed by BeaPulse.
6.2 AI Content Disclaimer
The AI Health Assistant's replies are automatically generated by an artificial intelligence model, and its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with authoritative medical views. The content generated by AI can only be used as a reference for daily health topics and cannot replace professional medical literature, doctor diagnosis, or authoritative opinions issued by medical institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of AI-generated content, and users should judge its applicability by themselves. We shall not bear corresponding responsibilities for any consequences arising from reliance on AI output content.
6.3 Third-Party Services
BeaPulse integrates several third-party services (including but not limited to WeChat login, WeChat Pay, Alipay payment, one-click login with this device's number, voice recognition, etc.). The availability, security, and information processing behaviors of third-party services are the responsibility of the corresponding third party and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy.
6.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to us, such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, network interruptions, power failures, system maintenance, and third-party service failures.
6.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss arising from your use or inability to use BeaPulse shall not exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid to us during your use of BeaPulse services (if any).
7.1 We may update, adjust, or temporarily interrupt the service content according to product operation needs. If it involves major changes, we will inform you through in-app notifications and other means.
7.2 If any of the following circumstances occur, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to you:
(1) You violate the relevant provisions of this Agreement;
(2) You provide false registration information;
(3) Required by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities;
(4) Other circumstances where we reasonably determine that the service needs to be terminated.
7.3 After the service is terminated, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we have no obligation to retain or disclose any information in your account to you.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. For how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, please refer to the BeaPulse Privacy Policy. Matters related to personal information protection not covered in this Agreement shall be subject to the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. The modified agreement will be published within the application. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you can stop using BeaPulse and cancel your account. Your continued use of BeaPulse after the modification takes effect is deemed as your acceptance of the modified agreement.
10.1 The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be first resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Shenzhen Good Jump Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.

If you are dissatisfied with our processing results, you can also complain and report through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 12321 Network Bad and Spam Information Reporting Acceptance Center (12321.cn), the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission Illegal and Bad Information Reporting Center (12377.cn), or file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Shenzhen Good Jump Technology Co., Ltd. is domiciled.
